Our personal training sessions are designed to fit your schedule and fitness needs, offering 30, 45, and 60-minute options. Each session starts with a Stick Mobility warm-up, a series of exercises focused on increasing mobility, flexibility, and stability.
From there, we transition into an individualized training program tailored specifically to your fitness goals, whether it's strength, endurance, or overall wellness. If time allows, your session concludes with a cooldown and deep fascial stretching to enhance recovery and leave you feeling refreshed.

Our partner personal training sessions are a perfect way to work out with a friend or loved one while still receiving individualized attention. Available in 30, 45, and 60-minute options, these sessions begin with a Stick Mobility warm-up, focusing on improving mobility, flexibility, and joint stability for both participants.
Following the warm-up, you'll both engage in an individualized training program tailored to your specific fitness goals, so each person receives their own unique experience. If time permits, the session concludes with a cooldown and deep fascial stretching, ensuring both participants leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle their next workout.
